Always impressive to see someone start cold in a highly populated area & succeed.

The biggest point I got out of the talk was the advantage of having 1-2 'goto' lenses and stocking a full inventory -- so that when faced with the choice of going somewhere else to buy, they have second thoughts. (sort of like going to Fry's to pick up a video card vs. waiting for newegg...)
