Thank goodness everyone was OK. It looks like the crash missed most of the significant things in the office so it should just be some wall rebuilding and drywall and up and running again!

It is amazing seeing cinderblocks displaced like that -- most cars crumple pretty well when they hit something that solid. How fast was this car going?!

Rx Optical is an interesting company. I just went to their website and read their history. rxoptical.com

They were started in 1947 by 3 opticians as a lab with a retail optical. No exams on site at that time. They relied on filling Rxs from Ophthalmologists.

Now they are a 37 location chain in Michigan and have added ODs to provide eye care on site.

If this one location is closed for a little while, they have other locations that can serve the patients and the ODs can likely work at one of those locations temporarily also.
