this gets back to a topic we brought up earlier in the year -- how is it people with a red eye don't know to visit the guy with the slit lamp? I'd call that a PR failure if i've ever heard of one.

People know optometrists offer urgent care. When they tear their last contact lens they run to us. That's what that slit lamp is for.
