He was at Lens Crafters in Cedar Falls. Looks like he's in a different community in Iowa now. In fact, he's in Anamosa. Ironically, that's where one of the State's prisons is. I guess he won't have to travel far if he keeps messing up. The initial charges were back in 2013. He's a train wreck. He foreclosed on his house, got a divorce, and just got arrested for public intoxication in July. I couldn't pick him out of a line-up, so I don't know him.
